A spat over loudspeakers on the border between North and South Korea threatens to plunge both nations into armed conflict.
Kim Jong-un told South Korea that it must cease broadcasting 'anti-North Korean propaganda' by 9.30am this morning on the border, else military action would be taken.
The South have refused however, and government officials now accept that strikes on South Korean soil may be inevitable.
